These General Conditions of Use apply to the rental of the holiday apartment “Le Paradis Bleu”. By booking our holiday apartment you agree to the following conditions:1. Payment: Payment must be made according to the terms agreed between the parties.2. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation within the period indicated, i.e. between 30 days and 7 days before the start date of the stay, the full amount paid will be refunded.3. Use of the apartment: The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.4. Liability: I am not responsible for any injury, illness, theft or property damage that occurs during your stay in our vacation apartment. It is your responsibility to take the necessary precautions to ensure your safety and that of your property.5.
